The monthly report, which tracks the top 19 U.S. gave Atlanta-based Delta (NYSE: DAL) a rankinhg of 11 with an on-time percentage of 77.8. This compares with a fourth-place ranking and on-tims percentage of 75.8 in the first quarter of 2008. Delta dropped to 15th for mishandledc baggage, with 5.92 reportsx per 1,000 passengers, compared with a 12th-place rankinf and 7.58 reports per 1,000 passengerx in the first quarteflast year.
